Java Ranch Espresso Cafe

Expensive and long wait on a Saturday morning. Unorganized staff. They never called for our order after waiting ten minutes, only to realize it was sitting on the counter for probably 7 of those minutes. No apology from anyone. 1 bacon/egg/cheese biscuit, 1 small pig-n-blanket, 1 can diet coke, 1 orange juice was $20. The biscuit was good, but not worth what they are charging for it good. Go to McDonalds instead.

Cute little place, open early and had really good coffee. I am an iced latte connoisseur and I must say they passed the test. They had SO many syrups and flavors. The chocolate croissant and Kolache were also delicious! I would recommend you grab your morning coffee here on your trip to Fredricksburg!

I visited the restaurant during a severe allergic reaction, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. After that experience, I ordered a coffee, and it was absolutely fantastic. I would give it a 10/10!

Amazing coffee! my man has fed my coffee addiction during our last stay in fredericksburg, because he says they have the best fraps. the personal was wonderful and very courteous on my list of asking for my food sensitivity (all of fredericksburg was actually, I didn't even get sick, what is such a great performance!
