The food at this restaurant was incredibly tasty and fragrant. They have a selection of clearly labeled vegan options on the menu, including appetizers and entrees. Many dishes can also be made vegan upon request. The vegan dishes were clearly marked, and they were willing to adjust the spice level to your preference. The prices are reasonable for an Indian restaurant, though their online menu should be updated to reflect recent price changes. Overall, the meal was excellent, and I would definitely return in the future.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The food is delicious, the ambiance is very clean, and the wait staff is extremely attentive. There are plenty of vegan options available, clearly marked on both the menus and the lunch buffet. While they do serve meat as well, it's understandable that not every place can accommodate solely vegan options. Given that Fredericksburg isn't known for its vegetarian-friendly options, having a restaurant with such a strong focus on vegan food is definitely a big deal.
