Maki Mojo - Franklin

Food wise this place is a 5. My go to is the pad Thai and it doesn't disappoint. The paid thai noodles are flavorful and include chicken and shrimp. This was my second visit and the staff is super friendly. The restaurant itself is pretty small so I think Iwould feel crowded if it were busy. Take out is more my speed. The cute note in the bottom of the take out bag is a nice touch.

This charming family-run restaurant just outside downtown Franklin offers a cozy dining experience. You can choose to eat in or easily grab food to-go, with the option to enjoy it on their porch or at a nearby park. Everything is cooked fresh to order and served piping hot! While it's a fusion Asian restaurant with a variety of delicious dishes, I highly recommend trying the Thai menu items, as the owners and cooks are Thai, and I believe these are their standout offerings. The restaurant is located in a quaint old house, with parking available in the rear. Be sure to stop by this hidden gem instead of just driving past. The prices are quite reasonable for the generous portion sizes.

I called in and ordered chicken pad Thai, tonkatsu, crab Rangoon, and pork gyoza, and I have to say, five stars just doesn't do it justice! The guy on the phone was incredibly friendly; he repeated my order back to me, confirmed the price, and assured me that my food would be ready in 15 minutes. And it was! He also mentioned that the broth would be served separately and added some chili oil on the side in case I wanted to spice things up. Everything looked so amazing that I forgot to take any pictures, but it was truly fantastic. The pad Thai had a generous amount of meat, the ramen portions were healthy, the gyoza was cooked to perfection, and the Rangoon was crispy. Overall, I would rate it a solid 10/10!

I’ve been a regular at this family-owned restaurant for the past few years, and it never fails to impress. If you’re in search of authentic Asian cuisine, this place is truly the best in the area—quite a bold statement, I know! The miso ramen here is among the finest I’ve ever tasted, but if ramen isn’t your preference, there are plenty of other fantastic options available. We often order the chicken pad Thai and chicken teriyaki, both of which are excellent. Everything is made to order, ensuring it’s always fresh, and they’ll adjust the spice level to your liking. Maki, keep up the great work!

It's great—definitely consider dining here! For now, it's take-out only, so make sure to call ahead. This is a family-run restaurant with a tiny kitchen, so at times they might be too busy to pick up the phone. The Tonkotsu ramen and Pad See Ew in the pictures are fantastic! The ramen eggs are perfectly marinated and cooked.
