Einstein Bros. Bagels - Franklin

The bagels at this restaurant are fantastic, and the atmosphere is comfortable and clean. The staff is also excellent!

The restaurant is quaint and somewhat average. The bagels come with a decent amount of cream cheese. It's a quick option and better than those at Dunkin' or Panera, but nothing to write home about.

The restaurant's service for suppliers is very poor, with deliberate delays in fulfilling delivery orders, as if they are not a priority. They seem to prioritize drive-thru and in-store orders over delivery orders, causing frustration for drivers who are left waiting. The workers show little concern for complaints and leave drivers waiting unreasonably long. This behavior from the staff has left me disappointed.

Her bagels are amazing, but her coffee is the worst. how really terrible. I was hoping it would be better here a few times, but every time it's the worst coffee I ever tasted. they burn it and give it to them with a smile as if it is in order.

Maybe I was over excited for what this place was. I figured it would be a delicious alternative to Starbucks. They had no cars in the drive through vs the packed line at the Starbucks which also enticed me. Needless to say I was disappointed. I got overpriced, greasy bagels and subpar coffee. It was nearly $30 for 2 bagels and 2 coffees so there was no price savings compared to Starbucks too. Also the bagels were rushed and when I asked if they could make a burrito (from the menu) without egg (as I am allergic) I was told that they have a pre-made mix for all their burritos and could not. The previous time we tried them their credit card reader for the drive thru was down and it took 2 reboots at 3 minutes a time before they just ran my card indoors. This time we used cash to avoid that problem. All together this location if not this company is overrated. Will pass from now on.
