And let me tell you about the Salad Bar. I capitalized those words for a reason—this is not your average salad bar. It is, in fact, THE Salad Bar. There is an incredible selection of ingredients to choose from, all beautifully presented with a strong emphasis on cleanliness. There’s nothing worse than encountering a messy salad bar where it looks like a food fight just occurred. Chappel's Salad Bar, on the other hand, was impeccably fresh and well-kept. My wife and I are definitely planning to return frequently, and we’ll be bringing the kids along too. We’ve tried various dining options in the area, and this Southwest restaurant stands up to anything you’d find in Fort Wayne. It might even surpass the well-known salad bar further north (and for those who are in the know, you know which one I mean). If you haven't been in over a year, make sure to stop by—you won’t be disappointed!

I often dine at Chantili’s, but I’ve never taken the time to write a review. With a bit of a refined palate from growing up with my mom as a chef, I have a deep appreciation for good food. Last night, I decided to try the surf and turf, and it came with an incredible sauce that was simply amazing. I really wish I could share a picture of it! In fact, it’s the first time I've ever photographed my dinner at a restaurant. I look forward to visiting again soon.

I stopped by with my wife for a nightcap after noticing the name change. First off, the salad bar is still fantastic! It seems that they've added more staff, and everyone was in a good mood. I chatted with some familiar customers who said the food still has the same great taste. The menu has expanded since Chappell's. Although we didn’t have dinner this time, we plan to return, as we always enjoyed dining at Chappell's. The cocktails were wonderful!

I came to this restaurant from out of town. From the minute I sat down to have a drink, the service was poor at best. The server was not friendly and in fact she was down right rude. It only got worse when the server brought me my bill. She said she wouldadjust the bill because she misled me(which she really did). When she came back she said the manager wanted to point outinformation that was on the menu. So. The manager couldn?t take 2 minutes out of her day to come and talk to me and mysisters??? When I asked why she didn?t adjust the bill she said,?you wanted the French fries.? Really???!!! She said she wouldadjust the bill!!! She was very rude and between her and the manager, it was poor service. I will NEVER return there again.
