Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Good options of tasty burgers. In my opinion, the meat patties are a bit on the thin side. Although, they're flavorful. I've substituted the fries with their chili cheese fries and that was good tasting. But, I have to admit that the rootbeer float was spectacular. Overall, I would give them 4.5 stars.

I came to eat here and i brought my family and a bunch of friends and the inside of the place was extremely clean and when we had our orders taken the girl up front was super nice and friendly. she was quick to take our order and when we sat down our food came quick and it was fresh as heck!! great place to eat will for sure be coming back.

Freddy's offers classic, old-fashioned burgers. The patties were wonderfully thin with crispy edges—exactly how a traditional burger should be. The fries and the special sauce were fantastic! We wrapped up our lunch with a brownie concrete, and it was absolutely delicious. Since we had a late lunch, the restaurant wasn't crowded at all. Our food arrived promptly, despite our large order. The service was friendly, and the bathroom was clean. Overall, we had an exceptional experience and will definitely return!

I travel to Fort Smith several times a month and I always enjoy eating at this location! The employees always make sure that I am completely happy with my service and the food is always fresh and hot! It's a clean friendly experience thank you for making your establishment so enjoyable!

I've been coming here for about three years, and my experience has always been positive. I really enjoy the burgers and fries, which are the main reasons I visit. The staff is consistently friendly, and they treat you well. The shakes are also excellent, and if there’s any issue, the manager, Breanna, is quick to address it. I plan to keep being a customer for as long as I can continue to dine here.
