The kiosks and no waitresses/waiters really take the charm out of this franchise wholeheartedly.. and the soda fountain takes a timed bar code now which is ridiculous. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Coming from Ohio where the old Steak n Shakes are all 5/3 Banks . It was a delightful, delicious meal I been missing since pandemic

Worst steak and shake I have had. The burger was so greasy and had so much mustard or pickles (shows how bad it was that i couldn 't tell what it was) on it it was almost inedible.
