Chipotle Mexican Grill - Florence

The portions for our steak bowls were quite small compared to others around us. When we came in we just decided to wait for the hot and fresh steak that just came off of the grill. It seems just because we did that, we got smaller portions. That was afterwe asked if we could just wait because there wasn't enough steak for both of us anyway. They asked us if we wanted to wait alsoand we said, no problem. So, then why should we get a smaller portions than usual. We have been to several Chipotle restaurantsand never gotten portions this small. I noticed after they changed personnel on the front line the portions were bigger. Ofcourse, we were already finished with our meal. The stark was good there just wasn't enough of it. We were just here on Sundayordering the same meals and we had more food then. My girlfriend also asked for some more cheese and the front line person saidthere would be an extra cost. THAT HAD NEVER HAPPENED TO US BEFORE. IS THAT SOMETHING NEW? If it is because they are only a fewweeks old they need to work on consistency!

The customer service was absolutely perfect very pleasant experience. The employees were very polite and quick. And the food was very delicious!! The establishment was very clean and location as well by far the best chipotle I?ve been to in awhile!! Highlyrecommend this location!!

This is the best Chipotle in the tri-state area! The service is excellent, and the food is prepared with great care. The management is outstanding, always greeting customers with a warm smile and treating everyone with respect. You can be in and out in less than three minutes. I highly recommend this location!

As others have noted, the portion sizes here are smaller compared to other locations. Additionally, the pickup window service appears to be slower than simply going inside. It can be quite frustrating to sit in line behind two other cars during lunchtime, especially when the movement is halted because two employees are outside smoking.

The portion sizes here are the best around! I visited this week (early October 2022), and the portions were the largest I've seen at any Chipotle in the area. The food was also of excellent quality.
