Bridgewater Fish House - Florence

I’m so sorry to say that this restaurant has gone from fine dining to a glorified cafe. The server was sweet but unskilled. For example I ordered a mineral water and she set the bottle down. No glass or lemon ice nothing. Food took almost 40 min to arrive. Again presentation was lack luster and the coconut rice was too sweet and salmon over cooked. I could go on but you get the idea. I hope after the move they get their act together. Use to be our fav place in Florence

The panko crusted rockfish and crab cakes we ordered were both excellent! The ambiance is a bar. Not a pub or brewery or anything remotely touristy; it's a bar. The food was fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to return when we're in the area

Hands down one of the best clam chowder on the coast. Full of flavor and a nice creamy texture. The rosemary halibut was also delightful and fresh.

Service was fast, we both enjoyed the food and drinks. Highly recommend the oysters and fish and chips!

We dined here during Labor Day weekend. I ordered crab with garlic butter, but the experience was disappointing. The crab was watery and didn’t seem fresh. Additionally, it came with only a small cup of butter and no garlic. When I requested garlic, I was provided with a side of raw garlic. Unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations.
