Cafe Maya Cantina - Fishkill

Had a wonderful dinner in a beautiful and friendly environment. We had ceviche, carne asada, tacos al carbon and for dessert Sopapillas. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. The staff is attentive and even had a great conversation with the owner and his sister. The restaurant has been in business over 20 years and it shows ! Can’t wait to come back Service: Dine in

I think it's the best Mexican food in town! The food exceeded my expectations, service was prompt with friendly staff that were attentive. I've ordered their chicken tortilla soup and steak tacos (served as 3 tacos per order). I'll definitely visit again next time I'm around town! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

What an amazing location. The menu has something for everything. We have enjoyed their normal cuisine like tacos, fajitas and burritos but also try their specials!
