Four Corners Cafe - Farmers Branch

I had lunch today and food was good. However, it was very uncomfortable to witness how other customers were treated. Two older gentlemen (one had a cane) walked in and were half way inside when they were asked to exit the premises because they weren 't wearing a mask, which they did have a signed posted at the entrance. The two men left and came back wearing a mask. They again, walked all the way inside the restaurant and were about to sit when a staff member told them from a distance that the table was too close to other customers and couldn 't sit there. The men walked back to the front of the restaurant and chose another table, the same person, again from afar, told them that the table was broken and couldn 't sit there! At that point she offered a booth that still had dirty plates but said she would clean it for them. The men at that point walked out. I felt this should have been handled in a polite way. First, move closer to the customer when speaking to them. The rest of the customers heard and a saw how the men were humiliated. The should have offered a table from the beginning instead of watching them jump from table to table, just for them to be told NO . Plus, why even have chairs around a table that is broken. If a table is broken it shouldn 't be on the floor. Very disappointed in the way things were handled.

This is my favorite local breakfast place. Great food, neighbors, and gluten friendly options. The city also opened up outside dining by dedicating part of the parking lot.

Don't have covid as an excuse but this place took 30 to 35 minutes to make 4 to go plates; like 2 salads and 2 sandwiches. Common!!! Prices are above avg, would not recommend it.

Such a sweet place for a nice bite to eat, share a cup of coffee or grab something on the run!

Great restaurant. Wish I had discovered it sooner. They have good price and menu selection for both breakfast and lunch. The staff is super sweet too!
