Domino's Pizza - Farmers Branch

This is my local dominos store and we’ve ordered from here hundredths of times. We always been happy with our food. This time I decided to order a brownie cookie. Im confused cause I don’t think it’s suppose to look like this! Should it be this thin or burnt looking? We ripped a piece out to try it. Just wondering.

Sara is the worst delivery driver I've ever experienced in my life. Will call over and over again and force you to come out to her cigarette ridden car to get food because she's too lazy to walk it up to your door. Bad service.

They don’t know how to read or something I ask for extra sauce and light cheese and I get the opposite this the third time it

I ordered and paid for my food via the app. I’m in a hotel. My order says completed, I never received it, I asked the front desk no delivery person ever even came! I called the store and the rudely hung up multiple times after I told them my issue. I tried reporting it to the app and they just said sorry for inconvenience. DO NOT ORDER HERE

Order never even arrived, and the only remedy for this is to get points for a free pizza (Which can 't even be used until the next day) or get 20% off a menu item.
