Janna's Market Grill - Faribault

If you're searching for a charming café for breakfast or lunch, Janna's is a fantastic little self-serve market and grill! The coffee is excellent as well!

We were passing through and decided to stop for breakfast. It was a charming and unique restaurant! The breakfast was delicious, and the service was friendly and attentive! I picked up some vanilla cupcakes with maple buttercream frosting to take with me, and they were absolutely amazing! I would definitely make the trip again just for those. What a great discovery in Faribault!

We stopped in late on a Sunday morning and were so glad that we did! The Raspberry French toast was amazing! Despite the signs saying self service, the staff provided excellent service by seating us, delivering the food and water, refilling our waters several times, checking to see if we needed anything and clearing our table. The only thing self service was ordering and paying at the counter. The atmosphere is utterly charming. We will definitely go back.

I had been here about 2 years ago and loved it, so I had high hopes. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to what I remembered. I bought a chicken Caesar wrap and the wrap was soggy, there was quite a bit of gristly chicken and more wrap balled up than expected. Plus, prices went way up, a large piece of carrot cake was $15! I will avoid this place from now on, which is a huge disappointment.

I don't understand the bad reviews on this place, because it is amazing! I have been here a handful of times and grab things to go. The all meat hashbrowns were hot, fresh and tasty. The greeter helps you with anything you need and explains things. Very helpful! The price is pretty reasonable compared to other places in town. Thank you ???
