Firehouse Subs Lincoln Place

Was our first time trying Firehouse because of a TMobile deal. Was much better than I was expecting (I'm not typically a big sandwich fan)! The wait was a bit long...about 20 minutes because they were so busy. The workers were all working their tailoff, though, and one of the workers threw in a brownie for the wait. That was a nice gesture. I'd go back based on today'sexperience!

My favorite sub shop Update there was an app only sandwich offering that somehow wasn't being presented in the app or on the website. The staff made sure that they verified and helped me try to order it that way, then went ahead and accommodated myorder request by working around with an equivalent sandwich order and substituted the new sandwich. It was truly delicious,also. I can always appreciate staff members who go the extra mile for great customer experiences!

I can?t say enough good things about this place. The food is always great. The staff is always friendly. The app is also great. I come at least once a week and will continue to do so.

I got an salat and for the first time in the awhile I felt that I was eating more and a better offer than the others who had sub. pastrami ruben was what my coleague got. they have tons of hot sauces that sprinkle the food to perfection. I've been totally fucked. the additional advantage of them to bring out the food was nice.
