Subway - Fairhope

For years it is always kept clean, the ingredients for their meals are always fresh, and the staff is always very courteous, fast, friendly and personal. never had a problem or something wrong with any order I've ever placed in this subway. great job!

The employees at this restaurant were very disrespectful and refused to remake our sandwiches after they were made incorrectly. They were unwilling to listen or read the recipe, leading us to believe they lack the ability to make the sandwiches correctly the first time. They were rude when we asked them to include the avocado we paid extra for, and they outright refused to do anything about it. As a result, we will not be returning to this Subway location.

The restaurant was clean. as fresh bread melted. the staff was friendly and worked hard together, although they were shorthanded

Ordered $42 worth of food on their website and received an order confirmation. The money was deducted from my account and we received a pick up time. Showed up to get the food and they said we had to download the app and order it that way. She said we would have to give them the order again and pay for it again. I would give negative stars if I could. I will never step foot in this establishment again.

Sad. I used to enjoy a Subway sandwich now and then. The bread wasn't the greatest but it was OK. The new so-called Artisan Italian bread is barely edible. I had to throw much of it away. I also did not like the replacement for the Subway vinaigrette I think it is called Yellow Parmesan? I will not be going back to Subway anytime soon.
