Moby Dick House Of Kabob - Fair Oaks

This was my first visit and upon arriving the host was rude without greeting asked what I wanted to order. I ordered Combo #2. After waiting over 20 min. Food was old specially the tomato’s as if just taken out of the fridge. There was no bread and yogurt mix or onions or butter. The meal was placed on a child plastic plate, whereas the other patrons were served on a much larger paper plate with the sides. Food quality was poor and a small portion. I do not recommend this store at all and if other locations are such avoid at all costs. A competitive store called Maman Joon provides the best quality, freshness, and sides at the same cost. Also the booth seats were torn up and looked very dirty.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service at your restaurant. When I requested extra dressing for my five dishes, the staff member seemed upset, stating that I already had extra. However, it was clear that he had only provided enough for the five plates I had ordered. This experience has left me disappointed, as the quality of the food is commendable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place due to the subpar customer service. .

Solidly good Persian style kabobs. I always get the Joojeh (chicken breast) kabobs with rice. Great for lunch or dinner. Just sometimes parking can be a little difficult/scarce, and it takes some time for them to prepare your meal from scratch. Be sure to check your to-go bag before you leave, though. Mine was missing white sauce for the kabobs, and once it was missing the bread. Even when it's not busy, mistakes are made.

Went today for lunch for the very first time. Food was good according to taste and quantity. I wish only the aged person who was in the front in the register would talk to me with a smile in his face. As I asked couple of questions. Anyway

$18 for a couple cubes of lamb, rice and a tomato?!
