Pizza Hut - Evanston

It's simple to call ahead and pick up your order. They seem to have good COVID protocols in place. They also offer gluten-free options. We had a wonderful experience with the manager who handled our orders and provided excellent customer service. We can't wait to return with our personal pan pizza certificates for more delicious food!

This was one of the first times my pizza was made perfectly and just the way I wanted it. However, I did have to call to request a clean cut and to ensure that my pizza wasn’t burnt or overcooked, as it often ended up dry with crusty cheese bubbles in the past. I was very pleased with the result this time. I might have to call each time to make sure my pizza is prepared correctly!

The pizza was great, but I suggest you reconsider who answers the phone. The individual on the line was being inappropriate and flirty with my 13-year-old son, which made things quite uncomfortable until I took over the call. Please address this issue, Pizza Hut.
