Haystax - Eustis

The waitress was pleasant. The food was delicious. It was a lot for the spent amount. I would have got 5 stars, but the young lady who checked us with the nose ring was not friendly.

Very good service from a long-term employee. I have eaten countless times here and friendly service is the norm. That's why we always come back. Oh, and the price of meals is also quite reasonable. So, add a good service, good coffee, lots of food, interesting decorations for every holiday season, opens early, many parking available, many stands. Sounds after 5. Good work, good service and cooking. The only thing we didn't care is the vegetable oil they give you for pancakes....taste terrible.

We had a very short waiting time to sit in a somewhat small stand. That means our server was absolutely great. Let the coffee never run out. We have received our delicious food in no time. I wanted to try Haystack because it is owned by the same people who own Countryside Dinner. I wasn't disappointed at all. Both places are great.

This is our 2nd time coming back and service has been awesome!! The meal we had today was country fried steak, scrambled eggs, toast and potatoes. Everything was delicious! My hubby got a patty melt on white bread adding bacon. He said this was the best patty melt he has had. We seen they have daily specials and we think we need to come one night for dinner. They have all you can eat specials and we need to try their baked spaghetti and fish fry soon.
