Natalie provided exceptional service and was very patient with my friend and me as we tried to figure out the best way to divide our gift cards. She didn't hesitate to ask her manager for help when needed and took her time to ensure everything was done correctly. Thank you, Natalie!

The chips and queso now cost over eight dollars—$8!!! And the bowl of queso isn’t even filled to the top! It used to be much more affordable, and I don’t recall ever getting a half-filled bowl before. On top of that, it took about 10 minutes to receive my order. Quite disappointing. If the price increase is due to raising your employees’ wages to something like $20 an hour, you might want to reconsider that decision.

I went there to have some drinks with my partner, and I was waiting for him at the bar. I sat there for at least six minutes without anyone acknowledging me, even though the bar wasn’t busy at all. I’m sure the bartender saw me, but she continued chatting with what seemed to be regulars. Having worked in the service industry, I know how crucial customer service is. When my partner, who is white, walked in, she suddenly came over to take our order. I was appalled and disgusted by the difference in treatment. We decided to leave right away, as I felt a bit discriminated against. My partner mentioned to her why we were leaving, and I want to highlight that the bartender had red hair and a pointy nose. Please do better.

We had ordered two orders of queso for pick up and when we arrived only half the order was in the bag. The young woman who was at register helped get the other half for us. When we got home the queso is filled only halfway, at this point you’re better off just buying the half size option. Their food is delicious, but this is not the first time this location has messed up our orders.

The food is delicious! We came in at prime lunch time on a Tuesday and even though the place was packed, the staff was friendly and quick. Tables were being cleaned as soon as customers left. Our food was brought to our table promptly and hot. I'll definitely be back!
