Peterson's Donut Corner - Escondido

I didn't take any pictures of my donuts, but the butter bar was amazing. I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the shop. It was refreshing to see such a wide variety of options covering every inch of the storefront. It was impressive how busy it was without a line. I'm excited to come back and experience this place again, and maybe even bring some of their treats back to New York City with me.

I absolutely loved the donuts at this restaurant. I would definitely get more when we return to Escondido. My only suggestion for next time is to display the prices next to each donut so customers know what to expect.

This is the best donut shop in California. The Cherry Fritter is exceptional!

Delicious donuts, not too sweet like other typical donut shops around this area, and it is nice that the store is open 24 hours!!

The restaurant closed at 12 o'clock, despite the new owner claiming they would be open. My employees were left disappointed as there were no donuts available. It took 24 hours for the restaurant to open again. The new owners did a good job. Instead of serving donuts, they were sitting outside and chatting with a girl. This may attract meth users and tweakers, but not the working class.
