Great hotel. The kids loved the pool. Excellent location. I always recommend this hotel to friends and family when they come to visit.

Keyless entry did not work not enough towels made service only by request

We have been Hilton members for years. Made it to Diamond level a few yrs ago. I make all our reservations on the app. We are ex military, currently gov employee. We always use our digital key. This specific time we didn't get our digital key, I called the front desk and she told me she was the only one working the desk. While I understand that, you just needed to send me our digital key. So my husband went to the front desk to get the keys. She said she didn't see our reservation, I gave her the confirmation as we had already picked our room, hence why I parked by the door entrance closest to our room. The next morning I check out via the app and to find out that they charged us full rate, not the discounted room rate. So disappointed in the front desk. Now the bartender who took our food order and drink order was Ahhhhhmazing! Super nice guy! We could have talked to him all night!

For the most part it was a good stay with comfy beds but they cut a lot of corners, toilet was crooked and wouldn't stop running, the wall paper in bathroom was peeling, the sink didn't drain very well, the doors are placed horribly if the bathroom door is open you can't open door to hallway. Seemed like a cheap landlord special

This hotel is very nice, location is perfect it is within walking distance to the Jordan Creek mall
