Sonic Drive-in - Ernul

The food and staff at Sonic are generally good for what you expect from this chain. However, the main issue is the state of their restrooms. Every time I try to use them, they are filthy. It's uncomfortable for me to use them, and I definitely can’t take my 5-year-old son in there because there is urine all over the seat and floor.

I ordered the double bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and a Sprite with blue ocean flavor. My only issue was with the onion rings; the onions were tough and chewy. It seems they didn't remove the outer layers of the onion just beneath the top, which are usually not as fresh or crunchy as the rest of the onion. As a result, when I bit into the onion ring, the onion pulled out of the batter, and chewing it felt like gnawing on a rubber band. My teeth couldn't even cut through the onion. I had a large bag of them, but I only managed to eat four onion rings; the rest ended up in the trash.

This location offers both a drive-thru and a dine-in area. I tried the new pulled pork totchos, and they were quite good, although I only received two pieces of pulled pork, which is what I expected from Sonic. Overall, it was still tasty! The service was excellent, though the bun on my All-American hot dog was somewhat squished by the person who prepared it, making it a bit tricky to hold because the bun wasn’t very stable. Still, the hot dog was delicious! **Parking:** The parking situation is standard for Sonic, with a drive-thru option available as well. **Kid-friendliness:** There are plenty of menu options that kids would enjoy, and there's an area where you can sit and order outside of your vehicle. **Wheelchair accessibility:** The dine-in area is accessible, featuring a ramp that leads to it and seating inside.
