I came in with my two friends and starbucks took our money but never gave us our order. We waited 20 minutes and multiple people got their orders before us so I finally went up to the counter. They “Don’t know what happened”. They didn’t offer to make it right either, they just made us wait longer.

I waited 30 minutes for an iced coffee this morning. If i'm paying 10 dollars for a drink it shouldn't take that long to come out. Very disappointed.

This Starbucks is very clean and spacious. The staffs is very nice and friendly.
