Terminal Gravity Brewing - Enterprise

I have heard this is a must visit place in the Joseph, OR area. This past Monday (August 8, 2022), we made reservations online easily and were seated promptly. The outdoor seating area is comfortable, shaded, and inviting. As this is a Brewery and Pub, we were interested in ordering a flight of their brews. However, they do not offer flights so I deducted a star from this review on that point. They really need to offer flights of their beers! I did order a pint of one of their IPAs and it was delicious. We shared the Reuben sandwich and a dinner salad. The kitchen prepared both of the entrees well, but nothing outstanding. All in all, I would recommend stopping for a beer and maybe snacks.

Fantastic spot! The interior and exterior seating are both lovely. Every time I've visited, the food has been incredible! The beer selection is impressive too. Despite being short-staffed during one of my visits, the service was still excellent. Highly recommended!

Beer was good, the food is amazing (buffalo burger and they let us bring our dog into the outdoor seating area. If there was a downside, it was the bad patents that left their kids unattended to wreak havoc in the stream that runs through the outdoor section. Can't fix stupid : I'll definitely be back!

This place is fantastic! Everything from the creek that flows between the tables to the outstanding service, delicious food, and amazing drinks exceeded my expectations. I’ve been here a few times, and it never disappoints. I strongly recommend making a reservation before you go.

Next, we ordered the Ahi tuna with summer succotash, which was perfectly tender and had a delightful peppery flavor. It was so good that I would have ordered a second serving of the succotash; it’s the best I’ve ever had, surpassing any I’ve tried elsewhere or made myself. My spouse ordered the steak pita and devoured it in just a few bites—no words were needed as he was too busy enjoying his meal. As for drinks, we sampled nearly all their offerings and were impressed by the great selection. In the end, we each had two different beers on site and refilled our growler with their most popular golden beer. The indoor seating features several tables under a covered porch, along with plenty of outdoor seating with umbrellas on a grassy lawn. Despite it being a cloudy day, most outdoor tables were occupied, which clearly shows how popular this place is. The establishment boasts beautiful grounds, with flowers adorning the back porch and bright, inviting colors on the building itself. The atmosphere feels cheerful and welcoming. The servers are all young and energetic, hustling from the host to the wait staff and food runners. Even though it was busy, food and drinks kept arriving promptly. The service was friendly, genuine, and remarkably fast—something that stood out to us. Overall, it’s been several days since our visit, and I can’t stop thinking about the incredible food we had. It was that memorable, combining fantastic food, attentive service, and a lovely ambiance. We can't wait to go back. This restaurant is a must for any visitor!
