The Carciofo Risotto had an overwhelming amount of artichoke, but the Personal Margarita Pie was enjoyable. The Risotto Cake was soggy, although that might be due to the delivery. Nonetheless, my mother liked everything.

The Eggplant Parmigiana and Risotto cake were outstanding! They were flavorful, fresh, and cooked to perfection!
