I recently enjoyed a delightful breakfast at this restaurant, and it was truly a remarkable experience. The food was outstanding, deserving a full five stars for its quality and taste. The service was top-notch as well, with attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, creating the ideal setting to kick off the day. I highly recommend it!

Our first visit to this restaurant was wonderful! Although it was quite crowded, our server was attentive and took excellent care of us. We decided to return during a quieter time, but our experience was vastly different this time around. We waited a long time just to get water. We could see employees eating in the kitchen, and our server would frequently disappear into the back, return while chewing, and then drink from her water bottle at the register. We found ourselves thinking, “We could really use a refill.” The delay in getting our refills was so long that we had to pause our meal. We also noticed other diners around us waiting for extended periods. Our server seemed distracted and more concerned with everything but us, making it clear that customer care wasn’t a priority. Unfortunately, it seemed that a busy restaurant didn't equate to better service. After this experience, we're unsure if we will return. While the food was excellent, the poor service significantly detracted from our overall experience. As for parking, there is limited handicap parking available, but there is a reasonably sized lot in the back that fills up quickly.

We always have a great time at Brownstone Pancake Factory! Their second location is just as fantastic as the first. We visited after our hike at Palisades Park, and the food was delicious! The service was friendly and prompt. The portions are generous, and the prices are just right. We really enjoy their creative takes on breakfast classics. We'll definitely be back!

The chicken soup was missing the richness and depth of flavor one might expect. As a devoted Starbucks Barista fan, I found the coffee to be just mediocre. The waffle and pancake batter could use some improvement; it feels close to being great but needs that extra touch to reach four-star status. I hope the management takes these suggestions seriously. I'm not sure if there has been a change in chefs, but they might want to consider hiring someone who can truly enhance the flavor profiles of their dishes. For the Chicken and Waffles, I suggest using boneless chicken to really wow the customers. I plan to return and will update my review if necessary, hoping that my experience today was just a fluke!

We stopped by for a late Sunday brunch, and it was quite crowded. Although parking was a bit difficult, our server Lina delivered outstanding service! The food was remarkable, and she suggested the special Halloween pancake, which was a real winner. Even with the restaurant at full capacity, Lina was patient and made sure to check on us frequently. Both the food and drinks were excellent. My only suggestion would be to have more parking options available.
