Mcdonald's - Enfield

Super long wait in drive thru. My 6 piece nuggets only came with 5 chicken nuggets. I ordered a sweet tea, and they gave me a sweet tea with no ice in it that tasted very watered down, like they had left it sitting for a while then decided to hand it out. Person at the window was nice though.

Good place for a fast meal. staff are friendly and caring. eating is always good. had never had a bad meal. there often go food: 5/5

Very disappointed. ordered hot fudge sunflowers. it was said there was no hotter. so instead of ordered vanilleeis one in the plate one in a cone. was charged for a simple hot fudge sundae. who commands a simple sunset? we ordered vanilleeis in a teller?! Unfortunately, I didn’t notice that she charged me extra for the “Sundae” until I paid for it with my card. When I asked why we were charged for a simple Sunday, I was told that we were asked. the customer service was very rude and terrible.

Bought two bacon mcdoubles for $3,99 on 10/26/22. I saw a good deal, hardly a speck on the burgers. always a problem at 97 elm st. enfield, ct location. they are too slow, they do not give them the correct amount of change, they need for a reception, most of these problems are when they go to drive thru. a few years ago got house order was totally wrong, tried to call immediately, no one replied. the 97 elm st saves a letter that explains what happened, left my name, address, phone in the letter never got a call from them or a return letter. that's messed up.

I have come to this place since August 2022, and I have never frustrated or left angry. the customer service here is fantastic. I noticed that all employees are between 16-20 years, so I was worried first, but this concern is no longer. they are always patient and very friendly! I'm very happy with this location and their employees.
