La Truite Qui Parle Ferme - Embrun

We were looking to eat a fondu but we fell on this friendly little restaurant, we had taken 2 trouts and 1 calf blanquette. Everything was very good. Excellent products, excellent cuisine. Very good reception we'll probably go back on occasion. I recommend this restaurant

The cuisine I love: simple but so precused in cooking, flavor and products that it is a treat! A perfect bavette, fries and delicious accompaniment salad, the fuzzy truite grilled with fennel and to finish 2 rum bass to fall on the ground Bravo chef! Don't change anything, it's so rare nowadays a kitchen like yours!

Trouts are delicious, as well as desserts all home. There are also many choices of drinks.
