Holiday Valley Resort - ELLICOTTVILLE

Our first visit to Holiday Valley was absolutely fantastic! The skiing on the mountain was wonderful, with numerous runs and plenty of snow. The lodge staff were friendly and welcoming. The downtown restaurants offered delicious food and excellent service. We will definitely be returning!

This ski resort is really enjoyable, offering a decent variety of terrain. The only drawback is that there are only a few runs that cover the entire vertical drop. However, there are some great steep and wide open slopes, along with a lovely collection of glades. I stayed at the Inn at Holiday Valley, which had a comfortable room just a short 50-yard walk to the slopes. The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub were a lot of fun as well. I will definitely return!

I recently visited this ski resort for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the ski runs and the three base lodges. The family-friendly atmosphere caters to all skiing levels, including tree skiing—just be careful of some exposed stumps! We stayed in resort-managed condos that were less than five minutes away, making check-in easy and providing close access to town. I would rate this resort even higher if they could improve communication regarding parking availability, operating lifts, and the status of the runs. Overall, it offers good value for the money.

I had a fantastic experience at this place. There are numerous slopes of varying difficulty levels and plenty of lifts. The wait times are not too long. It's clean and well-maintained, although it can get quite crowded.

Fantastic ski resort with great slopes! Although there was no natural snow during our visit, the artificial snow on the slopes was plentiful. The prices were reasonable, even lower than some of the smaller resorts in Pennsylvania. The lodge is beautiful and offers a wide variety of food—just be prepared for the typical prices you'd find elsewhere. We will definitely be returning!
