Rewriting my review because it disappeared. long story short, the owner needs to reconsider the young blonde girl behind the coffee counter today representing his store. she was rude, discriminating and told me the restrooms were for paying customers only, although she never asked me if I planned to buy from the store. my niece had just been allowed to use the restroom. she is 45 and I am 71. why did she give me two different directions to the slosets restroom? she then watched me roaming the sidewalk looking for she place she gave me. she was rude and has never heard of customer service...long blonde haired 20 something girl- you need a good warning from your boss. I am a retired recruiter and would have tossed your resume. We walked out without ordering the coffee I wanted and the tee shirt I liked.

Every single time I pass this beutiful town of Ellicottville, I have a short stop at this cute cozy coffee shop. Love the coffee here.

Very rude staff. Came in for some coffee and was served a lot of attitude and rudeness. Very unexpected and I recommend you go elsewhere.

I love stopping in here and grabbing a delicious beverage. Doesn't matter if it's a morning pick me up or an afternoon break treat, they've got great selections and pretty much everything can be a frappe, which are my favorite. I love Brit and all the service team. Everyone is friendly and service is always smooth.Dietary restrictions: They offer regular scones and always have one or two gluten-free scones as well.Kid-friendliness: Everyone is welcome to come in, look around the shop and take a seat with a cup of Joe or cocoa in the side room. I've seen adults all the way down to toddlers and everyone is welcome all the same. :

I don’t think we have ever come to EVL and not stopped here! We buy their beans now for our machine at home but always a good stop.
