Burger King - Elkhorn

Wrong hours. no breakfast. not a dining room, eating or just home. not the Burger King with whom I grew up, what a shame.

Absolutely bad the king of burger I was already there. not my first experience at this place. Why do I stop? I drive a semi and this place houses big truck today. After several try to get the right sandwich, I finally threw the last sandwich away and ran out. have made similar experiences here. back to hardees 3 miles on the road.

The food was decent and served hot, but the server appeared as if she had just come from mopping the floors—she looked quite disheveled. On top of that, her overly familiar approach made me uncomfortable. Calling me "hun" and "darling" felt inappropriate for the situation. Overall, it left me feeling a bit uneasy.

Whoever the girl at the front counter was yelled at me for not having a mask and wouldn?t serve me. I probably would?ve put one on other than she had hers on her chin and most the staff. I don?t comply with people that don?t even follow their own rules

I encountered some issues while dining at this restaurant. Regina, the manager who took my order, initially informed me that I couldn't substitute for a beef patty. Then, she incorrectly entered my order, seemingly in a rush to return to her phone. Regina, your behavior was unprofessional, and I believe improvements are needed in your service!
