The food is excellent, the service is satisfactory, and the prices are very reasonable.

We have been loyal customers for years, but that changed recently. I placed an order, and despite repeating it three times, there were mistakes. When I called to address the issue, the restaurant offered to fix it but wanted to charge us for the correction, which meant we would have to make a second trip. Good customer service would have handled the situation differently and corrected the mistake without any additional fees. Given our past patronage, we expected better. Unfortunately, this experience has made us decide that we will never eat there again.

The food is quite good, although the service is inconsistent. I've experienced both great service and disappointing service during my visits. The prices are reasonable considering the quantity and quality of the dishes. Additionally, the acoustics create a remarkably quiet atmosphere, which is quite impressive!
