Burger King - Elberton

I used to work at this restaurant, and I found that the employees, including the general manager, were rather unmotivated. Only two or three people seem to be managing the entire place, while the rest are free to do whatever they like, even spending time chatting about their meals. To be honest, you might be better off eating at McDonald's.

I typically write positive reviews, so it takes quite a bit for me to give a low rating. The staff had a nice attitude, but we ended up waiting a long time for our food. When we asked for straws since they didn’t provide any, one of the staff members returned in a huff, bringing only two straws for our party of three. Plus, my order was incorrect. I won’t be returning to Burger King.

I have breakfast there every morning. It's convenient because I can quickly grab my meal and be on my way to work in no time.

I placed my order and was instructed to pull up. After waiting for 5 minutes, I had to go inside to reorder. If it weren't for my mother insisting she wanted the burgers, I would have canceled the credit card transaction. Out of the three visits I've made, something has gone wrong every time. This will be my last visit to this Burger King.

I attempted to speak with a manager and when they finally answered the phone, I introduced myself, but the manager hung up on me. I've called back three times, and each time my call was answered, they hung up again. I will be reaching out to the corporate office next.
