Thyme Matters - El Paso

Food is delicious but service is not the best, they took for ever to even ask us for our drinks, during the course we of the meal we were only approached once to deliver the food and to pick up the plates. During the meal we ordered a bottle of wine and our request was ignored and was never delivered, I had to wait for the manager to approach us and ask if we were good so I could ask for another glass of wine since it was too late for the bottle at that point. Waitress was no where so I could ask for the check but she was very attentive with the two couples right next to us. It’s sad that the food was delicious but thanks to the horrible service we will not be returning to this restaurant.

Zero stars . We just left the restaurant after the excitement of celebrating our anniversary. As my spouse was eating there was a LONG HAIR in his meal . He literally pulled it out of his mouth like a spaghetti noodle . I was very kind and notified the waiter in a discreet manner as to not cause a scene . The manager acknowledged this as well and the fact that this happened. This is unacceptable . The bill was $130 plus and his meal was replaced but we paid for it . I couldn’t stomach to eat my own meal after this . We were gracious and generous with our response and did not demand much but weren’t really truly respected . The fact that this happened with such a high bill is truly telling of the condition of care this restaurant regards to their patrons . This kitchen and hygiene is of concern for illness . Clearly , no hair nets are being required and who knows what else is going on in the kitchen . We were not compensated at all but given a free piece of not so good cake and sent on our way . Completely, disappointed and sad that the evening was ruined by such a disgusting experience. What seems shiny , fancy and pretty on the outside isn’t necessarily of good quality .

First time there. Celebrated mother's day on Saturday. Our waitress zerelda was very attentive to our needs. The food was perfect, wife, daughters, son and grand kid loved it. No complaints from any of us. We all tried a variety of plates and all very well prepared and very tasty. Atmosphere was very nice. Plan on going back again.
