Subway - El Paso

This was the worst Subway I have ever been to. I was expecting the drive-thru to be fast, but after waiting for 5 minutes, I decided to park and go inside. There were only two young employees, around 20 years old, and no manager in sight. I ordered a footlong sandwich and three cookies - two macadamia nut and one oatmeal raisin. Unfortunately, all three cookies looked burnt when I got home. To make matters worse, the two macadamia nut cookies were actually peanut butter. Luckily, I don't have a peanut allergy. This experience was a disappointment and it's clear that having inexperienced staff running the restaurant led to a subpar experience. (1 star)

There was no one at the windows and the speaker was not working, so I wasted around 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. What terrible service. If I could, I would give them zero stars. This is the worst Subway in town, don't waste your time at this store.

The restaurant has a very cozy and attractive atmosphere like other Subways, but the customer service is consistently poor. Some of the staff members are openly disrespectful to their colleagues, which is uncomfortable to witness. If you try to address the issue with the manager, they are unresponsive and rude.

Subway cold cut sandwich was good. But they didnt have coca cola zero. Nor diet coke. Nor. Coke regular. Nor. Diet dr pepper. On the machine. I mean. Thats just. Baaad !!!!

It's Subway, I think all of us have been to one at one point or another. It's hard to avoid it. This location has broken drink stuff often though. It's a good option for when you have to make a quick stop for food. Mainly during your lunch break.
