Baby Bros Pizza Wings - El Monte

I received raw potatoes that weren’t fully cooked, and I didn’t notice until my kids had already eaten half of them. When I called the restaurant to express my concern, they insisted that I drive all the way back to get a replacement order, which I couldn’t do since the original order had already been partially consumed. They refused to offer a refund or a replacement and showed no remorse for their mistake. I let them know that I would no longer be ordering from Baby Bros Pizza in El Monte and that they had lost a customer, to which they casually replied, “OK.” When I picked up the order in person, it was greasy and poorly packaged, which made me question whether it had been cooked properly. Customers should always check their food before leaving, as the restaurant does not honor replacement orders or offer refunds. The customer service was rude and lacking any sense of apology.

We always enjoy ordering pizza for delivery from this restaurant. The cheese they use is incredibly tasty. The potatoes with ranch are a favorite, and my husband especially loves their wings. The service is consistently excellent, and we highly recommend trying the Veggie Pizza, Baby Bros Potatoes, Caesar Salad, Wings, and Salad. Overall, it’s a great dining experience.

The pizza and wings here are fantastic, especially the loaded potatoes topped with nacho cheese, bacon, and jalapeños. The service was great for takeout. I had dinner, and the price per person was around $20 to $30.

This restaurant is unacceptable. The service is horrible, and there's rarely anyone at the order desk. The last time I visited, I discovered hair wrapped around my wings, but I decided to give it another chance. While I was waiting for my order, I witnessed a staff member drop a cup of chopped cilantro on the floor, pick it up, and put it back on the serving table. That was the final straw for me. This place needs a health department inspection, and the employees need proper training on safe food handling practices.

If you're looking for a delicious pizza, you should definitely give this place a try. I ordered The Goodfather, which is a fantastic crispy golden pizza topped with a wonderful mix of sausage, ham, and pepperoni.
