Bangla Spice - Eilean Siar

Lovely food and service. We ordered a range of different food and it was all delicious, the pakora was lovely and fresh tasting, not greasy at all and the bread was fresh and light too. Everything was done very nicely. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40

Was served a chicken biryani last night, and the chicken used was off, rotten, discernable from the first smell of the dish. Quite how any chef could allow that to leave the kitchen I do not know. Service was fine, the waiter removed the dish without query or complaint and I was not charged for my food. I have eaten there before, but will never return.

Arrived on a wet midweek December evening. So no surprise to end up dining alone. A couple were just finishing their meal as I walked in. Food was very good and I was very satisfied. Lower marks for service and atmosphere because it was very quiet. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

A really good option for sit down or takeaway. I recommend the chilli garlic tikka. Parking: It is possible to park outside, but if your having a sit down meal, I'd suggest the main carpark in town. It's only a short walk away. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30
