Colorado Curry - Edwards

Juniper was a great dining experience for my wife and I while on vacation in the Vail area. My medium rare ribeye steak couldn’t have been cooked better and my wife’s chicken was the best she’s ever had. Combined with the sides and drinks this was an absolute home run choice all around. We will definitely be back.

All the food we had here was fantastic! The salmon was perfectly cooked and the appetizers are great as well. Prices are definitely high, however.

What a funny Saturday night. Juniper was the place to be. It was full of great people and the food was fantastic. Jim led us through a great evening with food and fun.

My husband claimed that his pork chop was the best dish we had in Colorado during our trip, and we dined in some really nice restaurants. That’s quite a compliment! I ordered the chicken main course, which was good, but I don’t feel a strong urge to order it again. We started with a mozzarella, pesto, and tomato pizza, which was absolutely delicious. I also had the best cocktail of the trip—a non-alcoholic mule—and it was fantastic! We skipped dessert because we were so full, but they looked incredible. If we find ourselves in Edwards again, I’ll definitely be back!

I love this restaurant. The food is exceptional. Every bite is divine. Perfect for a special evening. You will definitely need reservations and ask if possible to sit on the rear terrace.
