Good food, good service, restaurant is nice, manager is nice, place is clean, many parking available, cooks are experienced, will come back again

I went to this location for brunch and the food tasted old. The deserts were dry and the meat didn't have much flavour other than grease. The cheese in the broccoli salad tasted old and the dressing was warm. Waited at least minutes before...I had to ask a waiter if we can order our drinks, and also waited a few minutes to be seated. Not worth the price.

I booked the private room for my aunt's Birthday celebration and the experience leading up to the actual reservation was great. The manager that helped with the reservation was very helpful, she provided me with an exact estimate and cost, etc. I received a...call from the manager a few days prior to confirm and I asked if we could arrive early to decorate she said no problem. I arrived the day of early around noon to decorate the manager on shift at the time was very nice and helpful. However during the time of the reservation at pm there was a different crew on shift. My family arrived there was a total of of us. The service was TERRIBLE. I had to go find a server to help us to take our drink order after we waited for minutes. The server that took the drink order missed half of the guests. So we had to call her back in. The manager that was on shift was extremely rude and was visibly annoyed every time we asked her a question. After the round of drinks the server never came back to replenish our drinks as a result most of just had drink. There were a few guests that went directly to the bar outside to order drinks and we were surprised that they refused to serve drinks after a drink minimum. YES they cut off the guests after only drinks. This made no sense to any of us. I could understand if the guests are inebriated but this was not the case. After we were finished our meal, we had to track down the servers again to pay the bill. The server accepting the payment also did not mention to the guests that the gratuity was already included in the price they were paying (they charged us a mandatory gratuity of so there were a few guests that TIPPED on top of the mandatory gratuity. I understand and am okay with mandatory gratuity but in this case it felt like the staff already knew they would get a gratuity so they did not bother to serve us at all. I was really disappointed as the food was great, the room that we had was amazing and the staff that we dealt with prior to and earlier was great. I would really love to use BUFFET ROYALE for future family events but the way my family was treated by the staff is a major deterrent.

Has the large selection you expect from a buffet of this price. Didn't actually get to try everything and I have a large appetite! Very good food.
