Happy Lemon And Mochinut - Edmonds

I recently visited a milk tea shop and had a rather disappointing experience. My group ordered two boba milk teas and a donut, which should have been a simple order. However, we ended up waiting 20 minutes, which is unacceptable for something so straightforward. To make matters worse, seven groups that ordered after us received their food before we did. When we inquired about the delay, the staff informed us that they had misplaced our order label. It's troubling that they lost our order without taking the initiative to notify us of the problem or apologize for the inconvenience, especially since we were right in front of them the entire time. The lack of communication and poor management during our visit was truly disappointing. I hope the owner takes this feedback to heart and works on enhancing their customer service and overall efficiency. No customer should have to endure such a frustrating experience.

I really enjoy the wide variety of teas! The taro balls have a wonderful texture; they're not too sweet and are just the right size. The waffle is absolutely delicious, with a nice crunch from the thin bits and a chewy, gooey texture from the bubbles. The chocolate flavor is subtle yet delightful.

I enjoy trying new foods, and I had been looking forward to tasting the 3-piece Premium Mochi Donuts for some time. However, after finally ordering them, I felt a bit indifferent. One of the mochi donuts had a delightful tropical flavor, possibly passion fruit, topped with a piece of coconut, and I thought it was fantastic. Unfortunately, the other two didn’t impress me as much; they were just okay at best. I believe the other two were matcha-flavored with some kind of white powder and a berry drizzle. Given the price, I was expecting more from them. I gave the overall experience a 4 out of 5 because I truly loved the tropical mochi donut. I would definitely order that flavor again, but not the others.

The tea was quite good. However, I was disappointed to find that the mochi donuts were not made of pure mochi dough; they were simply donuts shaped like mochi. Despite that, the girls enjoyed them!

The staff was extremely friendly, the ambiance was cozy, and the food was delicious! I will certainly be coming back here with my wife periodically. As for kid-friendliness, they have interactive toy blocks for children to enjoy.
