Since the opening in 2013 the general bozz around field is overwhelming positiw. due to its intimate size, a reservation has so far proven to be difficult the first thing that hit me at the arrival is the decor, clean simple, but in an unpredictable way. Field is an inconceivable restaurant in the west nicolson street. this place was a past on my wish list and I was curious what they had to offer. the focus of the field is, perhaps unstoppable, quality local, seasonal products. I ordered sweet and acidic quail breast with quail cannelloni followed by smoked duck breast. my eating companion for the evening went for smoked salmon ravioli, followed by roast smoke lamb. before the appetizers arrived, we got a wild garlic bread roll that was accompanied with a little butter.
