Wingstop - Edinburg

I ordered the chicken blend dish. I requested extra parmesan but there was hardly any on the chicken. The fries were plentiful and tasted better than the chicken. The veggies were good as well. The blue cheese was okay.

We went to the closest Wingstop around 8:30, expecting to dine in before their 9:30 closing time. However, we were informed that they were short staffed and unable to accommodate us, despite there being a decent number of employees visible.

The staff at this restaurant has a very negative attitude, especially the manager who was extremely rude. When we asked for three large sides of ranch, mango habanero, and lemon pepper, we usually buy these sides in their large containers. However, the manager insisted on charging us for individual containers, claiming that it takes six to fill up a large cup. Despite agreeing to pay for the individual cups, we asked if they could still put the sides in a large cup. The manager refused, insisting that they couldn't do that. It seemed wasteful to use six small cups instead of one large cup. We will not be returning to this restaurant again. The service was the worst we've ever experienced.

Ordered through DoorDash and my dasher has been waiting for 20mins on my order. This wingstop takes forever! If you call they will hang up on you or put you on hold right away. They are super rude.

Very disappointed, I waited over an hour for the food to be done. I get home and my order is incorrect. I call and call the store and they don?t answer the phone. Will not order from this location again !!
