Lunds Byerlys Creations Café France Ave

I visited this restaurant on April 3, 2023, and had a wonderful experience. The store is very nice, and the customer service is excellent. The food at Creations Cafe is fantastic! I also love the ambiance of the place!

I encountered poor customer service from the cashier, Martin, during my visit. Despite asking him twice how he was doing, I received no response. It seemed like he was more focused on what the manager was doing rather than attending to customers. His demeanor was quite unprofessional, which made for a disappointing experience. It might be time for some coaching for Martin, as his service did not meet expectations.

The first thing that catches your eye is the carpeted floors. This is an upscale grocery store with prices that are higher than average. However, the quality of their meats and produce is truly exceptional.

This is a very overdue review, but it is for their wedding catering service. L B catered dinner and cake for about 100 of our friends and family, and we heard so much good feedback on the food! The best part of the day though was the server we hired to work the event. She went above and beyond to make sure the meal was a success. She even stayed late to help clean up! Five stars just for her! My only criticism is that they kind of advertise at your event. For example, they put out their napkins which said Lunds Byerlys rather than using our napkins embossed for the occasion.

Last minute requests are a piece of cake for them. Even personalized on a run out the door! Smell the smells and tastebuds will quiver . .
