The Good Wives - Eau Claire

My Boyfriend and I visited for the first time for my birthday. Hands down BEST RESTAURANT in Eau Claire. The food? Phenomenal. The service? Outstanding. The vibes? Immaculate. I had the confit duck and it was so good, it fell off the bone and the fondant potatoes were out of this world. We started with the French fries and they were amazing, salty, hot, and had a little spice. The aioli was the perfect condiment for them! My boyfriend had the seafood risotto and it was delicious!! We split the cucumber salad and it was tangy and delicious! The pot de crème was to die for. My boyfriend had the Peach Pie and it smelled amazing! If you’re looking for a small restaurant to support and love local ingredients, GO HERE.

Best fine dining in Eau Claire. Friendly, kind staff; amazing, seasonal foods, and an interesting, albeit eccentric style to the restaurant dining floor. Best date night restaurant in town!

Food service were excellent. My husband ordered a drink he didn't like they offered to fix it it was delicious.
