Got a Dave's double . Sign said contaminated lettuce . Was sick throwing up all afternoon and most of the night . ALOT MORE THAN YOUR LETTUCE IS CONTAMINATED . ALMOST HAD TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL I WAS SO SICK . SOMEONE NEEDS TO CLOSE AND CLEAN THIS CONTAMINATED FACILITY . SINCERELY , ROBERT WYNNE. 6 3 2024

New Dreamcycle Frosty was a big miss. Better luck next time.

We were shorted a large fry, when going back the manager and another employee were having a conversation when my husband approached the counter. Tina (the manager)stated to another employee that's his fry.. then walks up to my husband and say what do you need.. he said my fries that I was shorted. This very unprofessional lady stated well I'm not a mind reader as If she didn't just say they were his fries. I called for 8 mins as they just let the phone right to get her name and managers name. She stated only corporate was above her so I plan to call first thing in the morning. The customer service here is horrible.

Went through the drive thru, it was friendly and quick. The cashier was a pleasant older lady. The food was good, but nothing stood out more than normal Wendy's fast food. Great deals with the biggie bags though!

They are usually decent but definetly can be hit or miss. Appreciate their breakfast usually being quick and good compared to other fast food breakfast options in town.
