Caroline's And Grill - Eastham

Last night, my wife and I dined at Caroline's for the first time. As is common with many Cape Cod restaurants after Labor Day, the service was impacted by staffing shortages. However, my frustration quickly faded with the exceptional meal we had. The pistachio-crusted halibut was absolutely divine, and Marsha's warm lobster roll was one of the best she's ever had. Although we were offered complimentary meals due to the service issues, we chose to decline because the quality of the food was outstanding. We will definitely be returning next year!

I've made Caroline's a regular destination especially for Buck a Shuck. Caroline, the owner, sets the pace for all the great younger help. She greets all with a genuine smile and is always attentive to customers. She cleans tables, sets up chairs and is example of positive energy. The food is great. Service was very slow with nearly 25 tables outside on our latest visit. Caroline noticed that we had not been served and offered us a complimentary bowl of chowder. She personally delivered the chowder how incredibly cool is that. She also supports live music! That alone is great. I'm sure you will enjoy the laid back setting. Bon appetite!

This was one of the best restaurants I’ve been to on the Cape. I was so surprised by how fast our food came out, how welcoming the staff was and the food was so delicious. The duck was like nothing I’ve ever had before plus I got such a large portion which filled me up. On cape cod it’s very easy to find restaurants that are tourist traps, copy cats of each other and usually have prices that do not end up reflecting the quality of the food. This can’t be said about Caroline’s where everything was unique and I left wanting to come back. Everyone visiting the cape should come check it out!
