Domino's Pizza - Eastbourne

I ordered delivery from this restaurant, which I have used frequently in the past without any issues with the food or service. Unfortunately, today the food arrived on time, but to our dismay, it was all cold. One of the pizzas was even burnt. This experience was very disappointing and a waste of money.

At first we fancied TA than delivery to save some time so after I placed my order piece of hot wings and garlic bread,they gave me minute . I agreed. But after a minute of waiting and all the staff were...looking at me I stand and I told them I would like to cancel my order because it been minute .after that the manager said sorry you can't cancel it because your order is ready and been forgotten on the shelve. I took it and arrived home with cold food which I put in to the bun. Baaaaad service Never come back again

Regular user or I was always seem to forget garlic bread poor service on delivery. Not happy shall think twice before using again

This evening my self and my wife ordered two pizzas and cookies, i collected from the store as it always takes an hour for delivery (we live walk away). He came back with both pizzas completely wrong, toppings i can not have was in...my pizza for a start. We contacted seaford dominos and they took are order again and told us we had to give everything back even cookies, that's fine. The pizza came after half an hour and the first bite was horrible. Both pizzas are under cooked and the pizza base sauce was awful. So we have my pizza sitting here, waisted of money. I'm so annoyed, i phoned back and said what was wrong that one topping was ment to be double and they said it was it wasn't and it was under cooked he crossly said ITS FINE, he put us thought to the person who made the pizza and lied being really rude then pass is to the manager who then said he made it and told us we are never aloud to order pizzas from dominoes again because we complained and said we are not aloud any money back from the waisted pizza that i couldn't eat.. this has been the worst experience we have ever had from a restaurant all this because they made our pizzas wrong and we are now band.

The restaurant delivered the incorrect pizza and then attempted to blame me for the mistake because I ordered through the app. The replacement pizza took an hour to arrive, with the delivery driver mistakenly knocking on the wrong door twice. Instead of calling for directions, he left after knocking on the wrong door. To top it off, the pizza was cold.
