Bidrage med feedbackI visited this restaurant for the first time and discovered that they have been in business for over 30 years. I really enjoyed their Signature Butter Beancurd. I will definitely return to try some of their other dishes.
Our couchsurfing host suggested us this place as it is very close to his home. My boyfriend and I had Pineapple rice and 'Pork ' in sweet and sour sauce and it was very yummy! We actually came back the same evening but it was already closed. We will try again tomorrow ; Don 't expect a fancy restaurant, it 's a small local place selling cheap and good food :
The restaurant has some standout dishes, but overall, it feels like a mixed bag. The laziji (mala chicken) is fantastic, but many other items fall short. While there are some interesting variations, the execution leaves much to be desired. The flavors lack depth, and it seems like there's a heavy hand with the MSG, as I found myself quite thirsty after the meal. The crispy beehoon was far from crispy and came off as greasy, while the yi-mee was underwhelming. I appreciate the effort put into making the fish from scratch, but the special sauce was disappointing and lacked complexity. Given the prices, I know I can find better dishes elsewhere. This is an update to my previous review from April 3, 2021.
I visited Lin Lin Veg Delight for their zhi char, and it was a great experience! They have been around for 30 years, and I really appreciate the nostalgic vibe of this stall. Most of the dishes are vegan, while a few contain dairy, so just ask the friendly staff for clarification!
5 kids n 6 adults ordered oni 5 dishes cost 70 bucks. the mock fish is nice(12 bucks) but very tiny piece that 11 of us can oni take small bites. haiz.....they really need to make good judgement on the servings. Honestly. their hor fun is really good.
