Nizi Sushi - East Rutherford

The staff here is incredibly friendly! The sushi is excellent, and they serve more fish than rice, which is a nice touch.

This is the second time we've dined at Nizi Sushi, and the experience was quite nice. The flavors are excellent, and the portion sizes are reasonable. However, one downside is that the sushi pieces are quite large, which makes them difficult to eat. It's challenging to dip them in soy sauce, and once you take a bite, they tend to fall apart, creating additional issues. I highly recommend they consider making smaller sushi pieces.

Fantastic sushi! It’s BYOB, which makes it perfect for my friends and me when we gather. We bring our wine and savor some incredible sushi. It’s also a great spot for dates!

Visiting Jersey and was looking for something quick to eat, take out. Came across this sushi place near Metlife Stadium with high rating so decided to try it. Great atmosphere inside and staff were friendly.Ordered two simple rolls, spicy salmon and eel. Boy, was it disappointing, the spicy salmon roll was not spicy and it had so much salmon skin left in it, why? (See pictures). Totally dont understand why and it's unacceptable, I've had many sushi rolls, even in Japan and I've never experienced this before. And the eel roll had very less eel, big chuck of avocado, rained with sauce which made it very soggy. It felt like I was eating avocado roll. Last but not least, the rolls were not rolled properly, it was loose and pretty would fall when picked up.Was not expecting this quality of food with a place with such high rating.
