Leo's Bakery And Deli - East Rochester

Fantastic Italian bread! They have delicious cakes, pies, stuffed peppers, macaroni salad, and cookies, not to mention chips. The bakery items are visually appealing as well. The service was friendly, and they opened a second register to minimize my wait time. The stuffed peppers were flavorful, and their subs are exceptional. I have so many positive things to say about this place!

The best bakery in town! As someone who loves baked treats, I’ve visited many, but Leo's stands out. They made a beautiful and delicious birthday cake for my mother. While other bakeries might have impressive decorations, their baked goods often lack flavor. Leo's excels in both presentation and taste!

If you like baked good you will love this place. Would highly suggest eating either before or at the cafe before shopping as everything looks and tastes amazing.

Ordered a cake from them for my Dad's 79th birthday. Wanted a chocolate cake batter with a buttercream frosting. They made it vanilla cake with buttercream frosting, not chocolate cake with buttercream frosting. When they asked us to check if everythingwas alright, we could only see a nicely buttercream frosted cake and not what flavor of batter it was actually made fromunderneath as we do not have xray vision. The reciept and bakery ticket said it was a chocolate cake so we believed it. Then onthe day of, turns out they got it wrong and it was a vanilla cake instead despite what was written on the receipt. My Dad wasgreatful and happy, but his favorite cake is chocolate cake and he doesn't have many more occasions like this in him so itbothered us enough that we called Leo's about it. We got a young lady who was in a foul mood and did not want to help us, andultimately we never got a call back from anyone at Leo's. We tried back and got the same result. It was really a surprisebecause we have always been nothing but kind to them and have supported their business in the past before and have always likedthem, however this was our first time actually special ordering something from them and this was our experience. If you want toorder something in advance you should go elsewhere, but I still think Leo's has an excellent pastry and Italian cookies counter.

We ordered the Thanksgiving dinner and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The ordering process was incredibly easy, and the pickup was organized in a way that allowed us to quickly enter and exit without having to navigate through the chaos of the parking lot crowd. The reheating instructions were straightforward, and the dinner itself was excellent! I wouldn’t change a thing!
